App Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the mobile apps published by Serge Pogadaev under the name Serge’s Games. For the website privacy policy see Privacy Policy.

The apps are provided at no cost and are intended for use as-is. By installing or using an app, you agree to the terms below.

What data the apps collect

The apps do not collect any personal data directly. Specifically:

  • No third-party analytics SDKs are integrated (no Google Analytics, no Firebase, no Facebook SDK, no other tracking libraries)
  • No advertising SDKs are integrated
  • No account registration is required to play
  • No personal information is requested from the player

The apps may write game state (progress, settings, high scores) locally to the device. This data stays on the device and is not transmitted anywhere.

Data the platform may collect

When you install or use an app, the platform (Apple App Store on iOS, Google Play on Android) may automatically collect operational and diagnostic data according to its own policies. This is standard for every app published to those stores and is governed by the platform operator, not by us. Typical examples include:

  • App install counts and crash reports surfaced through App Store Connect / Google Play Console
  • Device model, OS version and regional information aggregated for store analytics
  • IP address and approximate location used by the platform for store operation

Log data

If an app crashes, the platform may record crash data (device type, OS version, stack trace) and make it available to us through App Store Connect or Google Play Console to help fix bugs. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.

In-app purchases

Some apps may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are processed entirely by the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play). Any payment details, billing information or account information you provide during a purchase are collected and stored by the platform under its own privacy policy - not by us. We do not see or handle your payment information at any point.

Cookies

The apps do not use cookies.

Third-party services

The apps rely only on the platform’s own services (Apple App Store / Google Play). No other third-party services are embedded.

Security

We value your trust and use commercially reasonable practices to protect any data we do handle. No method of data handling is ever 100% secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Children’s privacy

These apps do not target children under 13 and do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of our apps, please get in touch so it can be deleted.

The apps may contain links to other websites or services. Those are governed by their own privacy policies and we take no responsibility for their content or practices.
